Collaboration with HBO

Catchplay X HBO

One of the biggest projects I participated in was the collaboration project between HBO and Catchplay. Catchplay was the exclusive platform that had signed a licensing deal with HBO, allowing it to feature big titles like Game of Thrones and Euphoria. Due to the sheer volume of HBO's content, all project managers took part in managing assets, ensuring QA performance, and liasing with external and internal partners to deliver the project on time.
